I have been making the pilgrimage to Michael & Jo's class for 
almost 4 years now.  I live in Laguna Beach and commute about an 
hour to be there.  People ask me how can you do that on a Sunday 
Morning my response is that I have no choice I have to, the dance 
has helped me to get back in touch with me, my passion, my sanity, 
it has helped me to work through pain/saddness/grief/loss. I get 
to work-out and and work-in. It is my church, Psychotherapy, 
community/family, exercise, and Fun. I am very grateful that 
S.C.D.C. has come into Being. I know loads of wondrous stuff will 
spring forth from this community. 

One of my fantasies is that more dance will be happening in Orange 
County. I would like to pass on that in Laguna Beach the 1 & 3rd 
Friday Nights we have a free form dance called Dance Works if you
